The house of 200 m2 covered with central heating by state-of-the-art automated boiler and radiators, all rooms have a view of the lake, except bathrooms and all the windows are made of thermopanels, which isolate temperature and noise, all the mattresses are springs and the 3 bedrooms and the play room have a 32-inch LED TV.
The house also has a play room with a pool table and ping pong table and a TV room that overlooks the living room with 2 armchairs and a 50-inch smart TV.
The 1100m2 garden is landscaped , with automated irrigation , completely fenced and with an automated electric gate and has a grill , a record and in the highest part of the garden , it has a hearth with a cross , to roast lambs or enjoy guitar playing with a hearth .
The 40 m2 deck has a dining table, an outdoor living room and a cantilevered solarium with mattresses. All with a spectacular view of Lake Nahuel Huapi.

We lend you a sit on top kayak, 2 adults + 1 minor, for you to use during your stay. We also lend you 2 life jackets, 2 oars. You just have to bring roof racks, to take it to the lakes.
We also lend you 2 aluminum deckchairs and 2 camping refrigerators.
The rent also includes sheets and towels and maid service 3 times a week for 3 hours each time.
