The house is designed to accommodate four people, (in case of more people consult conditions). It is located 25 minutes from downtown Bariloche, at a distance of 16 kilometers, and 30 minutes from Cerro Catedral, located 24 kilometers away.

Located within the Nahuel Huapi National Park, access is through National Route No. 40. Its mountainous, natural and silent environment offers incredible views of the hills and Lake Gutierrez, providing an experience of tranquility and connection with nature.

On the ground floor, the house has a full bathroom, a bedroom and a main living room where the kitchen, dining room and living room are integrated into a single room. In addition, it has a 55-inch Smart TV. On the upper floor, there is a second room. Bed linen, towels and towels are included for guests' convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating, as well as a refrigerator and freezer, stove with oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. It also has Wi-Fi service and both electric and gas heating.

Outside, the house offers parking for one vehicle, a deck with panoramic views, a garden with an individual grill and, in a shared space, organic gardens and a swimming pool.

For those who wish to travel with pets, it is essential to notify and agree on the conditions in advance. It is important to remember that, within the Nahuel Huapi National Park, the presence of pets in public spaces is prohibited.
