The house, on one floor and with 110 m², is designed to provide comfort and functionality. It has three bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and one with single beds, which can accommodate six to seven people comfortably. In addition, it has two full bathrooms and all the necessary amenities for a cozy stay. Surrounded by native forest, the property guarantees total privacy and security, inviting you to enjoy the natural environment and its rich wildlife, inhabited by birds and other species typical of the region. Inside the property, a seasonal stream adds a special touch to the landscape.

It offers unique spaces to enjoy the outdoors: a rustic fire pit for evening gatherings, a chulengo ideal for barbecues, and a Paraguayan hammock that promises moments of relaxation under the trees. For lovers of water activities, the house includes a "sit on top" kayak for three people, with paddles and life jackets (two for adults and one for children), allowing you to explore the nearby Lake Gutierrez in a safe and fun way.

You can ask about the possibility of bringing pets, and for long stays special discounts are offered. Reservations require a 50% advance, with the balance due at check-in. La Pacha Bariloche is available from December to April, with a minimum stay of one week, making it a perfect option to enjoy the benefits of the Patagonian summer.
