Located on a plot within a private condominium, the casita is strategically located: just 13 minutes from the Teatro del Lago, 7 minutes from Los Bajos Beach and 38 minutes from Puerto Octay. Its location guarantees tranquility and proximity to the main attractions of the area.

Ruka Ayün has a charming gallery at the entrance, whose windows come from old mansions in the region. At the end of this space, there is a table with two chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast with views of the surrounding nature.

Inside, an open space integrates the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom, combining functionality and warmth. The carefully designed bathroom complements this cozy atmosphere.
