The Ruka Ayün house represents the heart of southern Chile, surrounded by apple and cherry trees, built with wooden beams, floors, windows and doors recovered from old houses and mansions in the lake region, awaits you for a stay with all the comforts and for a pleasant experience whether wintersummer, located on a plot within a private condominium, 13 minutes from the lake theater, 7 minutes from Los Bajos beach and 38 minutes from Puerto Octay.

The house has a gallery at the entrance of windows recovered from old mansions in the area, at the end of this you can find a table and two chairs, ideal for having breakfast. Upon entering you can find an open living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The bathroom and a two-position staircase to enter an open loft with two single beds.
