Just 500 metres away, there is a sandy beach that can be reached on foot, ideal for enjoying the sea and the serenity of the landscape. In addition, the house is close to the renowned Parador de Piedras Coloradas, where it is possible to park the car a few meters from the beach, and 500 meters from the iconic Playas Coloradas beach.

The design of the house, spacious and bright, is designed to provide comfort to groups of 2, 4up to 6 people. With 90 square meters covered, it combines an integrated kitchen dining room and living room, which invite you to share moments in a modern and cozy atmosphere. Two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom complement the interior, offering the perfect space for rest.
