Located in the Las Cascadas sector, on the shores of Lake Llanquihue and at the foot of the Osorno volcano, La Posada del Colono is a cozy inn with a family atmosphere and centuries-old history. The house, in traditional German style, was built by the grandfather of the husband of its current owner and has been restored to preserve the spirit and legacy of the German settlers in the area.

It offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, heating and details that evoke the life of yesteryear. One of the rooms is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Breakfast is included and is prepared with local produce and homemade recipes.

The natural environment is one of its main attractions: the inn is located within a 40-hectare agricultural property with animals and native forest, ideal for hiking, bird watchingsimply enjoying the landscape. In addition, it has a small private beach.
