Duplex San Martín Apartments in San Martín de los Andes, Argentinian Patagonia

It is a house located in the center of San Martin de los Andes, equipped for 8 people and of very good quality.

You enter it through the ground floor, where you will find a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed.

Going up the stairs, on the 1st floor is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and a toilet.

On the 2nd floor is the double bedroom that also has a single bed and another room with 3 beds and the main bathroom.

It has a chulengo to make roasts.

The location is 4 blocks from Av. San Martín, which is the main street, where the shopping center is located.

Rental conditions:

The rate includes change of towels, washcloths and sheets once a week. NOT cleaning.
It does NOT include maid service, it has an additional cost, if you wish.
We do NOT accept pets.
2 cars enter the duplex parking lot and it is closed by a gate.
