Exclusive services: Mini pool with lake view, refrigerator with freezer, industrial kitchen with 4 burners + ironing board + large oven, 2500 Kcal heater in kitchen/dining room.

Studio apartment (2 people) Surface: 24 m² covered + 10 m² gallery. Distribution: Bedroom with Queen Size bed and closet. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove. Bathroom with full bathroom. Caribbean style gallery with grill, bar and stools.
Exclusive services: Electric stove, under counter refrigerator, electric radiator.

Services in both units: Hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 44” LED TV with DIRECTV, microwave and complete set of dishes, roller blinds, internal parking, Paraguayan hammock. Beach chairs to enjoy on the lake.
