Matices Patagonianis is one block from Bustillo Avenue and Nahuel Huapi Lake, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential neighborhood, wooded and quiet.
Being in a cul-de-sac the circulation of vehicles is almost zero, from the landscape this characteristic made it possible to create a cozy, comfortable aesthetic, in balance with nature. The street and parking spaces are covered with pebbles, and the Garden of Patagonian Matices extends to the street, fading that invisible boundary between public and private space.
The complex consists of four bungalows, each with independent entrance.
In all cases the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. From many windows you can see the lake framed by trees and with mountains in the background.
Two of the bungalows also have a second bathroom on the ground floor (sink, toilet and shower).
