We are located 17 blocks from downtown in the hotel zone, 200 meters from Av del Libertador Gral San Martín with a magnificent view of the lake and the mountain range.
We have two spacious, bright, modern and independent apartments. One with capacity for 2 to 4 pax and another for 2 to 6 pax (duplex). Both with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. The department for 2 to 4 pax is located on the top floor.
No type of pet is accepted.
It is reported that the minimum stay is two nights.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Kitchen utensils and crockery must be delivered in the same conditions of order, integrity and hygiene in which they were received.
The number of people entering the departments must not exceed the number reported in the reservation. The house reserves the right of admission.
