Pircas Mar is a boutique complex with 7 apartments: 5 duplexes with 3 rooms and 2 apartments. of 2 environments.

Duplex: 2 bedrooms upstairs and Depts. 2 rooms on one floor (1 double bedroom)
The bedrooms are equipped with box springs, closets, bedding, towels and washcloths, 24" LCD with satellite Directv in the master bedroom.
The kitchen and living room have the following equipment: 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, full set of dishes, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, blender, LCD 32" with Directv satellite, divan bed and wooden furniture First, Wi-Fi.
All rooms have ceiling fans.

All apartments have a private patio with barbecue, laundry room, beach chairs, umbrellas, Practicuna. Daily maid service and Serene.

The complex has a heated pool and solarium, parking within the complex.
