The Paine Grande Refuge and Camping is one of the main accommodation options for hikers doing the W circuit of the Torres del Paine National Park. It is located on the shores of Lake Pehoé, in the area of the old Pehoé refuge, in front of the south face of the Paine Grande hill.
The shelter has capacity for 100 people, distributed in 22 bedrooms equipped with bunk beds for 6, 4 or 2 people. The rooms have a beautiful view of Lake Pehoé, the heights of Paine Grande, Valle del Francés and the east face of the Cuernos del Paine.
The bathrooms are shared, they have sinks, toilets and hot showers. There is also a restaurant that offers American breakfast, lunch and dinner, accompanied by drinks, beers and wines. Those who will be walking during the day can order take-away lunch boxes. In addition, it is possible to enjoy a coffee accompanied by excellent sándwiches.
