The history of La Netherlands dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, when the Smidt family acquired it and turned it into a prosperous livestock establishment. In 1911, the ranch was acquired by the Spanish painter Antonio Ortiz Echagüe, who fell in love with its landscape and turned it into his home and workshop.

Today, La Holland is a rural hotel that offers its guests a unique experience. The rooms, located in the historic center of the ranch, have been carefully restored to preserve their original charm. Visitors can enjoy delicious homemade cuisine, based on fresh products and traditional recipes.
